At Handz Media, each product is made to order through our trusted print partners. Because of this, our return process is a little different from traditional retail stores.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind or Wrong Size

Because every product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference (such as ordering the wrong size, design, or color). To avoid any issues, please double-check sizes and details before placing your order.

Refunds

Since all items are printed on demand and created specifically for you, refunds are only issued if the product arrives damaged or with a production error. We are unable to issue refunds for any other reason.
